Exchange & Return Policy
1. Exchange for Size Issues

Exchange is allowed within 3 days of receiving the product, only for size issues.

The item must be in unused condition with original packaging.

Delivery charge will be included for the exchange.

However, if you return the product immediately in front of the delivery man, no additional delivery charge will be required for the exchange.
2. Defect or Damage

Please check the product in front of the delivery man at delivery time.

If any defect or issue is found at that moment, please return the product immediately to the delivery person.

If the delivery man leaves and the product is later found defective, we will not accept any claim or offer for exchange/refund.
Order Cancellation Policy

You cannot cancel or request a refund after receiving the product.

We do not accept returns or cancellations once the product has been delivered and accepted.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product, unless it is returned immediately via the delivery person.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is accepted.

The refund or exchange will go to the original purchaser if not marked as a gift.
